Return and Refund Policy 

At Medspartner, we prioritize customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are subject to the following policy:

1. No Returns Policy

  • Due to regulatory constraints, we do not accept returns of pharmaceutical products once they have been shipped.
  • This policy is in place to ensure patient safety and to comply with legal and hygiene standards.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please refer to the Replacement Policy below.

2. Refund Eligibility Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If Medspartner is unable to source the ordered product.
  • If the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival and reported within 24 hours of receipt, with valid proof (e.g., photos, unboxing video).

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment and order are processed.

4. Replacement Policy

  • If a product is received in a damaged or incorrect condition, a replacement request must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • MedsPartner will verify the claim and arrange for a replacement if applicable. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Any transaction fees deducted by payment providers will not be reimbursed.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If customs authorities seize or reject the shipment due to import restrictions.
  • If the delay in delivery is due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance delays, natural disasters, or logistic partner issues.
  • If the buyer refuses to accept the delivery.
