  • Delivery Time: Typically, between 7 to 14 business days, depending on your country and customs clearance procedures.
  • Shipping Charges: Displayed at checkout based on destination and courier availability.

2. Temperature-Controlled Shipping (2-8°C)

  • Medicines requiring cold chain logistics are shipped under strict temperature control (2-8°C), typically via Air Cargo or in some cases Express Couriers equipped for refrigerated transport.
  • Temperature-sensitive shipments are packaged in compliance with international pharmaceutical cold chain standards.
  • Delivery Time: Generally, between 7 to 14 business days, subject to customs clearance and destination country regulations.

3. Customs and Import Regulations

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s personal importation guidelines.
  • We provide the required documentation to facilitate customs clearance, but delays may occur depending on local procedures.
