5. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

  • We strive to ensure timely delivery, but delays due to customs, regulations, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
  • If we are unable to source a product, a full refund will be issued.
  • We do not accept returns due to regulatory constraints on pharmaceuticals.
  • If the Buyer does not fulfill their responsibilities under these Terms, Medspartner is not liable for any resulting loss, damage, or delay, nor will any replacement product be provided.
